"We take more photos then we ever have before, but there are no prints, no slides, in a hundred years when they dig us up all they are going to find is a bunch of electronic dust," -the movie Kodachrome
With a deep love for black and white and film I have taken this quote to heart, graduating from college as the world transitioned away from the classic processes I celebrate them in my work. Looking towards the physical media as a captured moment in time for us to save for future generations. Having photos on a flash drive is great, but how long till you can't open it? When's the last time you bought a computer with a floppy drive? But that print of your wedding day, the negatives from your first day of school, that's going to be what our grandchildren still have.
